Arrests:

Melissa Renee Forrest of Weimar, Texas was arrested for Assault Family Violence. Forrest was arraigned, made bond, and released.

Elias De La Cruz of Ozona, Texas was arrested for Violation of Protective Order. De La Cruz was arraigned, bond set, and remains in custody.

Jose Jerardo Dominguez Anzua of Ozona, Texas was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 < 1G Drug Free Zone and Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 2 >= 1G < 4G. Anzua was arraigned, made bond, and released.

Richard Mario Urias of Iraan, Texas was arrested for an Ector County Warrant for Contempt of Court. Urias was arraigned, bond set, and remains in custody.

Matthew Russell Hebert of Victoria, Texas was arrested for a Tarrant County Warrant for Assault Causing Bodily Injury Family/Household Member Impede Breath/Circulation. Hebert was arraigned, bond set, and remains in custody.
