Tommy Mack Sessom

Tommy Mack Sessom passed away on September 9, 2024 peacefully with his family by his side. He was born to Alford Sessom and Hattie Hearne Sessom on May 16, 1938. He is survived by his wife Betty, daughter Paula, and son-in-law Bobby Ogles, of Ozona, son Kenneth, and daughter-in-law Regina Sessom of San Angelo, son Keith, and daughter-in-law Shannon Sessom of Colorado Springs, CO, son Kevin, and daughter-in-law Kelly Theis of Brownwood, daughter Kristie of Arizona, son-in-law Roger Rottman, sister-in-law Susan, and brother-in-law Gerald Gunnels of Cartersville, GA, brother-in-law Jerry Reed of Big Lake, sister-in-law Nancy Bennett of Big Lake, 15 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren, a very special great-granddaughter named Hannah, who was the light of his life, special friends Jordan De La Rosa, and James Odie Haire.
He was preceded in death by his wife Linda, mother Hattie, two sons Bobby Joe and Tommy Mack Jr., two sisters Maxine and Jean, daughter Cindy, brother Franklin, and grandson Ronnie.
Tommy worked in the oilfield, worked as a mechanic for 40 years, worked for Lily Construction for 28 years, was shop foreman and mechanic for Crockett County Road Dept for 22 years.
Tommy enjoyed being with family, going RVing, going to the lake, cook outs, and going to Big Bend. Tommy and Betty have been married for 25 years.
Pallbearers: Robert Flores, Roger Flores, Jeffrey Stuart, Jordan De La Rosa, Joe Brafford, Cody Gotcher,. Honorary Pallbearers: Andel Wagner, Hunter Sertain, Thomas Sertain, and Tooter O’Bryant.

Visitation will be Wednesday, September 11 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. at Preddy Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at Cedar Hill Cemetery, on September 12 at 10 a.m.
